Playing Dress Up

How many of you played dress up when you were little kids? I know we used to. And boy were they some really ugly clothes that we had to dress up with. My one niece has a big load of clothing that she uses to play dress up and they are some fancy clothing, not like the mismatched crap we used to have. I’m kinda jealous lol. Anyway, some of you still do play dress up, I know you do because I have seen the pictures! What I want to know is what are your favorite little outfits to dress up in? Send me some pictures so I can see, cuz I’m nosy like that. Stacie 1-888-430-2010

Taking Care Of Your Skin

A lot of the sissies I speak to ask me about skin care. I give them some tips but I thought I would put something more in depth here. So here you go, a few basic things that you should do to keep your skin healthy and beautiful: 1. Protect yourself from the sun The most important way to take care of your skin is to protect it from the sun. A lifetime of sun exposure can cause wrinkles, freckles, age spots and rough, dry skin. Sun exposure can also cause more-serious problems, such as skin cancer. For the most complete sun protection: * Avoid the sun between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. This is when the sun’s rays are the strongest. * Wear protective clothing. Cover your skin with tightly woven long-sleeved shirts, long pants and wide-brimmed hats. You might also opt for special sun-protective clothing, which is specifically designed to block ultraviolet rays while keeping you cool and comfortable. * Use sunscreen when you’re in the sun. Apply generous amounts of broad-spectrum sunscreen 30 minutes before going outdoors and reapply every two hours, after heavy sweating or after being in water. 2. Don’t smoke Smoking makes your skin look older and contributes to wrinkles. Smoking narrows the tiny blood vessels in the outermost layers of skin, which decreases blood flow. This depletes the skin of oxygen and nutrients, such as vitamin A, that are important to skin health. Smoking also damages collagen and elastin — fibers that give your skin its strength and elasticity. In addition, the repetitive facial expressions you make when smoking — such as pursing your lips when inhaling and squinting your eyes to keep out smoke — may contribute to wrinkles. If you smoke, the best way to protect your skin is to quit. Ask your doctor for tips or treatments to help you stop smoking. 3. Treat your skin gently Daily cleansing and shaving can take a toll on your skin, so keep it gentle: * Limit bath time. Hot water and long showers or baths remove oils from your skin. Limit your bath or shower time, and use warm — rather than hot — water. * Avoid strong soaps. Strong soaps can strip oil from your skin. Instead, choose mild cleansers. * Shave carefully. To protect and lubricate your skin, apply shaving cream, lotion or gel before shaving. For the closest shave, use a clean, sharp razor. Shave in the direction the hair grows, not against it. * Pat dry. After washing or bathing, gently pat or blot your skin dry with a towel so that some moisture remains on your skin. * Moisturize dry skin. Find a moisturizer that fits your skin type and makes your skin look and feel soft. 4. Eat a healthy diet A healthy diet can help you look and feel your best. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins. The association between diet and acne isn’t clear — but research suggests that a diet rich in vitamin C and low in fats and carbohydrates may promote younger looking skin. 5. Manage stress Uncontrolled stress can make your skin more sensitive and trigger acne breakouts and other skin problems. To encourage healthy skin — and a healthy state of mind — takes steps to manage your stress. Set reasonable limits, scale back your to-do list and make time to do the things you enjoy. The results may be more dramatic than you expect. If you do those few things you will be looking more gorgeous in no time at all. Mommy Liz 1-888-430-2010

Bunnie Love

My secret love are bunnies.  I love everything about them, except their lil bunnie poop that is.  When I was a little girl I used to collect bunnie figurines.  I still have some of them, packed away of course, I’m a bit old to have bunnies all over my house.  Might come across as a bit psychotic, right?  This is one of my favorite bun bun pictures.   Look how cute! a diaper and a movie

There are so many new movies coming out to see this summer. From Marmaduke to Toy Story 3, The Karate Kid and even Ramona and Beezus. It just might be time to rethink dinner and a movie and make it diaper and a movie. That would be a more accurate description of a movie trip with Mommy. That way you don’t miss one moment of the movie that you can’t pause or rewind to catch back up on. Plus you won’t have to deal with public bathrooms, and that is always a plus. So what movies are you anxious to see? Mommy Scarlet

Mommy in Blue

Reading the forums on Phoneamommy.com is entertaining. I’ll be the first to admit I haven’t been the best at posting and visiting. When I do though I wonder why I haven’t gotten there sooner. There is a discussion about places you would not want to be diapered. Someone’s answer was in jail. Look at this picture though and tell me you would not let Mommy diaper you dressed like that even if it were in jail. Mommy Lexus

Standing up

A week doesn’t seem to go by that I don’t hear about some jerk being mean to someone because of their differences. Some people are intolerant of another’s right to be themselves. It’s important to stand up for yourself and not let them get you down. You don’t have to be mean back, but let them know you won’t be pushed into feeling shame over something undeserving of shame. It happens in all walks of life, not just sexuality and fetishes. Be proud to be different and appreciate and be tolerant of other people’s differences as well. Just think about how boring life would be if we were all exactly the same.   Mommy Scarlet

Camo Sissy

I live in the South, I know, the best place on earth! How could it not be? I mean, I do live here! Oh my, I am kidding, I am no where near that full of myself. There are a lot of hunters around here though. Always dressed in their camo and orange vests, carrying rifles…..that does not sound very good does it? Let me get back to where I was going to go with this in the first place. Ah yes, the hunters, I had a very odd thought when I was at the store and there were a couple of men in front of me who were dressed like I stated above, I think they were out ATV’ing since they also had a good amount of mud on them. I had this thought pass through my mind quickly…what if a sissy were to dress up like a hunter….it made me giggle a little bit, and the men in front of me turned around and stared at me for a few moments before trying to get me to give them my phone number. MEN! When I got home I did a search and found this, and I think it’s absolutely adorable. Mommy Lizabeth 1-888-430-2010
