Yummy Appetizer

Looking for a fun new Appetizer for the Holidays? I found this receipe a few years back and have made it ever since Here Goes: Ingredients: * Small Block of Parmesan Cheese * Box of Pitted Dates * Bacon slices, cut crosswise into thirds Prep: Put oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 450°F. Slice dates down the center Cut cheese in chunks to fit inside the dates Stuff 1 piece of cheese into each date Wrap 1 piece of bacon around each date securing it with a pick Arrange dates 1 inch apart in a shallow baking pan. Bake 5 minutes then turn dates over with tongs and bake until bacon is crisp 5 to 6 minutes more. Drain on a paper bag or parchment. Serve immediately. Bon Appetite and Merry Christmas! Fall is Here!

This is truly my favorite time of year! I love the change in the weather, it sparks up my enthusiasm and I bubble over with energy from the briskness in the air. We get to bundle up in our finest fall attire, polished off with our stylishly swank accessories of scarves, boots, and gloves. Shopping for all those gifts and goodies then grabbing a bite out with a friend. Baking, drinking, and laughing while the holiday music plays in the background. Snuggling in front of the fireplace, drinking hot toddies and wrapping gifts till dawn! What a glorious time filled with love and friendship, sharing and giving to those you love and reaching out to those less fortunate! May this Holiday Season Bring you Comfort and Joy, May your diapers be Wet and Your Bellies be Full! Mommy Sara 1 888 430 2010

Daddy’s Little Girl

I often feel like Daddy’s Little Girl at this time of year. There’s presents and parties and time for me to just be spoiled rotten! With lots of offers to diaper me up, it makes all the hectic days leading up to the festivities worth every moment! Now that I’ve been spoiled, it’s time for me to spoil…you and you and you and oh yes you too! *giggles* Maybe you want to spoil me after the holidays are over? Oh my! Daddy I would just love that! *skips off giggling* CousinJenna 1 888 430-2010

Merry Kiss Moose!

Who will you be standing under the mistletoe with this holiday season? And what type of diapers will you be wearing? I hope you catch that special cutie and give them a nice, long, long, sweet kiss! Of course, who’s to say you can’t start a new tradition this year? Get caught under the mistletoe and it’s time to check your diaper to see how wet and messy it is! *giggles* Then we can sit down and watch some holiday movies while we snuggle on the couch… CousinJenna 1 888 430-2010

THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS

‘Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse; The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there; The children were nestled all snug in their beds, While visions of sugar-plums danced in their heads; And mamma in her ‘kerchief, and I in my cap, Had just settled down for a long winter’s nap, When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter, I sprang from the bed to see what was the matter. Away to the window I flew like a flash, Tore open the shutters and threw up the sash. The moon on the breast of the new-fallen snow Gave the lustre of mid-day to objects below, When, what to my wondering eyes should appear, But a miniature sleigh, and eight tiny reindeer, With a little old driver, so lively and quick, I knew in a moment it must be St. Nick. More rapid than eagles his coursers they came, And he whistled, and shouted, and called them by name; “Now, Dasher! now, Dancer! now, Prancer and Vixen! On, Comet! on Cupid! on, Donder and Blitzen! To the top of the porch! to the top of the wall! Now dash away! dash away! dash away all!” As dry leaves that before the wild hurricane fly, When they meet with an obstacle, mount to the sky, So up to the house-top the coursers they flew, With the sleigh full of toys, and St. Nicholas too. And then, in a twinkling, I heard on the roof The prancing and pawing of each little hoof. As I drew in my hand, and was turning around, Down the chimney St. Nicholas came with a bound. He was dressed all in fur, from his head to his foot, And his clothes were all tarnished with ashes and soot; A bundle of toys he had flung on his back, And he looked like a peddler just opening his pack. His eyes — how they twinkled! his dimples how merry! His cheeks were like roses, his nose like a cherry! His droll little mouth was drawn up like a bow, And the beard of his chin was as white as the snow; The stump of a pipe he held tight in his teeth, And the smoke it encircled his head like a wreath; He had a broad face and a little round belly, That shook, when he laughed like a bowlful of jelly. He was chubby and plump, a right jolly old elf, And I laughed when I saw him, in spite of myself; A wink of his eye and a twist of his head, Soon gave me to know I had nothing to dread; He spoke not a word, but went straight to his work, And filled all the stockings; then turned with a jerk, And laying his finger aside of his nose, And giving a nod, up the chimney he rose; He sprang to his sleigh, to his team gave a whistle, And away they all flew like the down of a thistle. But I heard him exclaim, ere he drove out of sight, “Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good-night.” by Clement Clarke Moore or Henry Livingston Happy Holidays little ones 🙂 Mommy Lexus 1-888-430-2010

Going away for the holidays?

I do hope you have time this holiday season for some good rr&dt…rest, relaxation & diaper time! If you can’t get to a nice, warm beach and into a hammock like this, then at least turn up the heat, turn on some music, and dance your cares away! There’s nothing quite like exercise to perk up your mood. It gets your blood flowing, and gets you in the mood to be on the move again. Or of course a nice hammock is good too. *giggles* No matter what, please remember at this time of year to take good care of those diapered bottoms too! 🙂 CousinJenna 1 888 430-2010
