Hi there, I'm Janey. I am mommies girl and I love to let Mommy dress me up so pretty, just like her special princess.
We spend lots of "special" time together and she puts me in nice fresh powdery diapers with pink plastic pants and frilly pink pinafores with matching frilly panties. Mommy loves to watch me waddle around all dressed up for her.
I have a secret though. When Mommy isn't looking, I love to sneak in and pretend to be mommy to her ab/dl's. I always pay close attention to Mommy when she is taking care of them and I know just what to do. I am a great diaper changer, I always use Vaseline, fresh powder and make sure to get the diaper on nice and snug, but NEVER too tight. I also love to breast feed them just like a real Mommy. I must do a pretty good job cause they never complain and some of them even make a nice little messy in their diaper and we have to change it all over again!

I always have fun on my calls with my baby Julie. Like the other day, my Julie was invited to a birthday pool party. Every adult baby has their needs…but nannies and mommies know exactly what her adult babies need…so nanny has her bags packed and ready to explore what her adult baby needs…she has her diapers in all different sizes…bottles..paci…blankies…bibs…and oh no don’t look in that bag that mommies special bag…bad adult baby…so remember a nanny and mommy does know what her adult babies need…Rachel
